The Big Boy Fish
DOWN THE LINE SPEED AND POWERFUL RAIL TURNS
An extension of the classic Fish design, the Bigboy Fish mixes the hidden volume and manoeuvrability of the BigBoy model with the flowy feel of a Fish.
With a wide template up front the Bigboy Fish is designed to paddle fast, catch waves and accelerate quickly. The straighter rail and wide swallow tail naturally offers tons of drive and forward projection, to deliver fast down the line speed and powerful rail turns. Available with 5 fin plugs for a Quad or Thruster set up.
TEC
The Technology
Torq Epoxy Composite offers performance shapes in our state-of-the-art epoxy layup. These boards have the best balance of Lightweight versus Durability. Using our own unique lamination process, we are able to use a very strong fiberglass lay-up of 6oz and 4oz combined in 3 layered deck and 2 layered base (with a 4 layered rail lap) with a high density EPS foam, but still achieve a board weight that matches a lightweight fiberglass lay-up.
The result is light but very strong board, with good flex characteristics and as with all Torq's excellent value for money.
TEC MID-LENGTH
The Torq TEC mid-lengths feature carbon stringer to the deck and bottom for a new level of torsional strength. Combined with 6+6+4oz deck and 6+4oz base, these boards are incredibly strong, light and responsive.
