The Collection
Collecting surfboards is special as they not only tell their story, and surfboards a not just blanks made of foam, glas, colors and resin. As each board is individual it becomes a unique piece handmade, uniquily in the design and production process made by surfer for surfers and manefesting the dialog between the maker and user, where still the local surf will make the last call, whether the relationship of technology and the dynamics of the water will florish. The boards you see at our shop have achived all this as they have survived and achieved fun, joy and unfortgeable moment for their users.

Spunky’s Surf Shop's Surfboard Museum is open every day 10am - 5pm. Stop by to explore more about the evolution of surfboards and the tales they carry from wave to wave. All our vintage boards are hanging up within the shop as reminders of the generations of surfer that brought us here.
