Hexel Fiberglass: Reinforced for Performance

To enhance the board’s resilience, Hexel fiberglass fabrics from Texas, USA, are integrated into each design. Glassing Process: Optimized for Durability & Flexibility

Bilt Surfboards are glassed to achieve the perfect balance between strength and flex:

Boards up to 6'8" are glassed with a 4 oz fiberglass layer on the bottom and a double 4 oz layer on the top deck, ensuring agility without compromising durability.
Larger boards receive a 6 oz fiberglass layer on the bottom with the same double 4 oz deck treatment, reinforcing the board for added strength in bigger waves.

Advanced Resin System: Superior Bonding & Longevity

Each board is bonded using Silma resin, an advanced system developed in the United States. This high-quality resin reinforces the fiberglass layers, enhancing the board’s structural integrity while maintaining flexibility and lightweight performance.
